CHANGE

For the 2021-22 Rotary Year, in District 6270, applications will also be accepted from:
 
  •     Satellite Club.  A District Satellite Club may apply alone OR apply jointly with its Sponsor club.  The maximum funding to the Satellite and Sponsor club combined is $3,000.
  • Rotaract Club.  A District Rotaract Club may apply for a District Grant funded at a maximum of $1,500 if the club has contributed at least $25 per capita, or up to $3,000 if the club has contributed at least $50 per capita to The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund during the preceding year (2020-21).  (3-year District Pilot Project)

SUMMARY

Twenty-three applications were received for 2020-21 District Grants.  Twenty-two grants were awarded to clubs for a total of $59,970 in the 2020-21 year for humanitarian service projects.  Eight clubs have completed their projects and submitted final project reports.

2019-20 District Grants

SUMMARY 

Twenty-one Rotary District Grants were approved in 2019-20.  Twenty projects were conducted and $54,617 was spent to fund clubs’ humanitarian service projects.   Thirteen Supplemental One-time Covid-19 response District Grants were approved.  A total of $9,700 was spent to fund the 13 Covid-19 response projects.  A total of $64,317 was spent this year on District Grants.
