District 6270 Planning Meeting & Events
Thank you for your assistance in trying to better coordinate district-wide meetings and events. The District Leadership Team is attempting to avoid back‑to‑back meetings/events and having too many in a week. All requests will be reviewed to fulfill as many requests as the planning calendar allows.
- Check the RI D6270 Calendar for availablity.
- Submit the RI D6270 Meeting Request form no less than one month prior to the meeting/event date. You will receive notification of availability once your request has been reviewed.
- Use the Communication Calendar - Rotary Year 2026-27 - to plan your committee's emails to members in the district.
- Email administrative.assistant@rotary6270.org so our District Administrative Assistant can send out your email on your behalf.
