What's Changed About Leading Change?

20th century approaches to leading change have outlived their usefulness, including a lot of what is published and practiced about change management! Leaders need to identify, prioritize, and lead critical changes at an exponentially growing fast pace. The challenge is that leaders have not learned how to accomplish change and adapt to change at an exponential pace – yet.

In this session we will:

• Work through why (and what) we need to change about ourselves as leaders
• Explore modern process models and tools successful leaders use to identify and prioritize changes that need to happen in today’s world
• Determine what each of us can commit to in relationship to how we lead change
