Rotarian First-Time attendance at TriCon 2026

Are you a first-time attendee at TriCon this year?  If so, we have an offer, though it's based on first-come first-serve basis.
 
District 6270 has a total of $4,000 budgeted to encourage Rotarians who have not previously attended TriCon to attend TriCon 2026 on April 17 & 18, at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.

     NOTE: The date of the email to DG Nevitt will control the order of first-come, first-served reimbursement.
 
Here is how District 6270 will help Rotary members to attend TriCon 2026:
  • District 6270 will reimburse first-time TriCon attendees (Rotarians who are member of a District 6270 Rotary or Rotaract Club and who have not attended TriCon in the past) for their TriCon Registration Fee.  The registration fee is $295 for Early Bird Registration through Feb. 13, 2026, and $325 on or after Feb. 14th, 2026.  The Rotarian must actually attend TriCon 2026.
  • The District (D6270) will reimburse district Rotary members up to a total of $4,000. This incentive will be satisfied by D6270 Rotary members on a first-come, first-served basis until $4,000 has been expended.
  • Rotarians must register for the conference using the normal online TriCon 2026 process at https://rotarytricon.org/events/tricon-2026/
  • Reimbursement will be made after completion of the conference on April 18, 2026. The funding from D6270 will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Attendance will be verified by TriCon 2026 Registrar.
  • In order to apply for the reimbursement, Rotarians must send confirmation of the registration for TriCon 2026 and payment of the registration fees by email message to DG Liz Nevitt, liz.nevitt@rotary6270.org.  The date of the email to DG Nevitt will control the order of first-come, first-served reimbursement.
