Club Leadership Summit Brings Together Rotary Clubs for Leadership Development

Rotary District 6270 recently hosted a successful Club Leadership Summit, bringing together representatives from almost 30 clubs across the district for a day of collaboration, learning, and leadership growth. Participants selected specialized leadership tracks tailored to their club roles and interests, including Membership, Public Image & Service Projects, Treasurer, Assistant Governors, and Secretary.
The summit provided practical tools, fresh ideas, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities designed to strengthen club operations and expand Rotary’s impact in communities throughout the district. Attendees shared best practices, explored innovative strategies for engagement and growth, and reinforced Rotary’s commitment to service above self.
Through events like the Club Leadership Summit, Rotary District 6270 continues to empower leaders and support clubs as People of Action dedicated to creating positive change.

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, members of Rotary from across southeastern Wisconsin will gather at the Milwaukee Area Technical College | Mequon Campus for the Club Leadership Summit, a focused learning event for the 2026–27 Rotary year.
Whether you are stepping into a leadership role for the first time or building on experience, this summit offers role-specific workshop sessions, practical tools, and strategies drawn from successful clubs across the district. Past participants have described the experience as truly worthwhile – leaving them energized and ready to lead.

Open to All Members of Rotary
The summit is designed for incoming club officers, board members, and committee chairs. It is also open to any Rotary member interested in strengthening their club. Many attendees say one of the most valuable aspects of the summit is the opportunity to collaborate with peers, exchange ideas, and learn what’s working in other clubs.
