The 2021 District Leadership Summit (DLS)  will be virtual with a series of scheduled meetings to be held at different dates and times between July 10 and July 24.  The dates of July 20, 21, and 22 have been designated for Assistant Rotary Coordinators (ARCs), Assistant Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinators (ARRFCs), and Assistant Rotary Public Image Coordinators (ARPICs) to collaborate and conduct meetings with the cluster of districts that they have been assigned to serve.  

The purpose of these meetings is to encourage regional collaborative planning among the groups of districts that we serve. The two-hour multi-district session will provide an opportunity for participants with common roles and responsibilities to meet in breakout rooms to discuss ideas and strategies to collaborate and support one another toward goal achievement.  After sharing these discussions with the entire group, participants will next be returned to district specific breakouts where team discussions and planning will continue.  The meeting will conclude with another large group discussion to support goal setting, implementation planning, and the identification of action steps.

Please save the date for our multi-district group meeting scheduled for July 21, 2021 (Wednesday) at 6:00 p.m., CDT.   All district leaders are encouraged to participate.  A Zoom meeting invitation requesting registration to confirm participation will be sent out in early July.
