A Rotary Community Corps (RCC) is a group of people who share a commitment to change the world through service projects. 

The District 6270 RCC project is called Formerly Incarcerated Individuals Rehabilitation Services (FIIRS).  The newsletters will provide more details about the RCC-FIIRS project.
