Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee shall be appointed no later than September 1 by the president and shall consist of 5 club members in good standing, at least three (3) of whom shall be past presidents of the club, and the president-elect, who shall serve as chair. The committee assists the Board of Directors in preparing a slate of officers for President Nominee, the Secretary, the Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms and the Director-at-Large for the upcoming year. Committee members will obtain consent of the proposed nominees before presenting to the Board in November. The Board acts as the Nomination Committee in November who will present the slate for vote at the Annual Meeting in December.
