Voting at the District Business Meeting – May 14th

     All Rotarians are welcomed to attend the District Business meeting.   Each club was notified as to how many voters they have at the meeting via the chart that was sent out with the Business meeting materials of April 9/10.  That chart will be adhered to.

     Proxies are not needed as long as someone has been selected by the club or is representing the club.

     Rotarians will be given a voting card as they register / sign in for the meeting.  If a club has more than one representative – all votes need to be cast either as yes or no.  For example if a club has 2 voters – if one votes yes and the other no, they have disqualified the clubs vote.  Therefore, clubs with 2 or more votes need to consult and decide how they are voting.

Please arrive early – so all voters can be signed in prior to the start of the meeting at 9:45 AM.
